The Clean Green Australian Southern Rocklobster Certification Program is an industry product certification program owned by Southern Rocklobster Limited. The program1 employs the Clean Green Southern Rocklobster Standard as the certification standard and covers the complete "pot-to-plate" rock lobster supply chain. Conformity assessment bodies wishing to be accredited for the Clean Green Rocklobster program are required to comply with JAS-ANZ Procedure 15 and The Clean Green Australian Southern Rocklobster Audit Protocol. (1JAS-ANZ refers to this as a scheme, not a program).
