Occupational Health and Safety System Scheme

Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system certification should primarily lead to a reduction of workplace illness and injury, minimising the costs associated with workplace accidents.

JAS-ANZ offers accreditation to Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) for the following OH&S management system standards:

  • AS/NZS 4801:2001
  • GB 28001:2000
  • IS 18001:2000
  • National Self Insurer OHS Audit Tool (NAT)
  • OHSAS 18001:2007
  • SafetyMAP
  • SS 506: Part 1:2004

Accreditation Application Pack

The following documentation is the accreditation application pack for conformity assessment bodies (CABs). All policies and procedures are un-controlled when printed. Please read all appropriate accreditation requirements and when ready provide a completed application (with signatures, appropriate application fee, and documentation set) for review.
