The aim of the RTAC scheme is to set and maintain minimum standards for clinics or centres offering assisted reproductive technology (ART), and to encourage continuous improvement in the quality of care offered to people accessing fertility treatment in Australia and New Zealand. The RTAC Scheme details the requirements and procedures for the certification of ART organisations to the Code of Practice for Assisted Reproductive Technology Units.
